I've been using Almay's Get up and Grow - it's the best. Doesn't clump, and helps the lashes come back in. I have thyroid disease and have lost the outer third of my eyebrows, plus my lashes wax and wane. Some weeks they are very thin and fall out, other weeks they are ok. Eyebrows are slowly - very slowly - coming back now that I'm on better hormone replacement.
